Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://titoshandymanservices.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Tito's Handyman Services markets and arranges Furniture Assembly, Ceiling Fan Installation, Air Conditioning Repair, Heating Repair, Door Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Tito's Handyman Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Tito's Handyman Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Tito's Handyman Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tito's Handyman Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. PA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of PA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. Tito's Handyman Services reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
